Our water ring granulating and pelletizing line is mainly for recycling waste PP and PE material. Our line is mainly including double stage exhaust extruding pelletizing unit, water ring die face cutting system, vertical dewater device, vibrating screen, air blowing system and storage hopper. The water ring granulating and palletizing line cut grains at fluidity, which is a new kind of machine for the waste plastic recycling and granulating. Compared with conversional cutting at solid state, the water ring die face cutting have obvious advantages.

1) Different viscosity high polymer are adopted the cutting type, the waste plastic are scraped by the blade and circular cooling then soildity so there is no dust with grains,good quality, complete shape, easy to pack and transportation.
2)The size of the grains can be changed according to the extruding amount, then adjust the dischanging amount from the die and the cutting speed. The size and shape of the grains can also be changed by adjusting the number of blades(at most 4).
3)The viberating screen is for cooling the grains in classification and expel the impurity which achieve the automatic of the granulation process and convenient operation.
