Production Process:
1. There are various types of soft tooth surface, medium hard tooth surface, hard tooth surface low noise reducer for selection;
2. The main machine and the three machine barrels adopt international seamless steel tubes. The two machine barrels are made of
40CR, the inner wall is quenched by high frequency, and the alloy is coated with alloy (nickel, manganese, cobalt, etc.).
3. The screw adopts Laigang 45# carbon structure, modulation treatment, coating all alloys (nickel, manganese, cobalt, etc.);
alloy material: carbide alloy, cobalt tungsten carbide, nickel chromium chromium carbide; heat treatment: spraying bimetal
alloy layer , surfacing process, centrifugal casting.
4. The second machine adopts the net filter independently developed by our company. This product is widely used in the waste

1) Different viscosity high polymer are adopted the cutting type, the waste plastic are scraped by the blade and circular cooling then soildity so there is no dust with grains,good quality, complete shape, easy to pack and transportation.
2)The size of the grains can be changed according to the extruding amount, then adjust the dischanging amount from the die and the cutting speed. The size and shape of the grains can also be changed by adjusting the number of blades(at most 4).
3)The viberating screen is for cooling the grains in classification and expel the impurity which achieve the automatic of the granulation process and convenient operation.
